psalm 5

Psalm 5

Give ear to words, O LORD, consider prayers. Give heed to the voice of cry, my King and my God, for to You will pray. You shall hear voice in the morning, O LORD; In the morning will direct it to You, and will look up.

Lord, You:
- despise wickedness,
- do not let evil succeed,
- knock down the boastful,
- hate all workers of iniquity,
- destroy liars,
- abhor bloodthirsty people,
- hate deceitful people.

But as for will come into Your house in the multitude of Your mercy. In fear of You will worship toward Your holy temple. Lead O LORD, in Your righteousness because of enemies. Make Your way straight before face.

As for the ungodly,
- there is no faithfulness in their mouth;
- their inward part is destruction;
- Their throat is an open tomb;
- They flatter with their tongue.

Pronounce them guilty, O God! Let them fall by their own advice; Cast them out in the multitude of their sins, they have rebelled against You.

But let and all who put their trust in You rejoice. Let them all shout for joy, because You defend them. Let and those who love Your name Be joyful in You. You, LORD, will bless the all the righteous, You will surround them as a shield.
