Note how the five flavors of berries match the five attributes for the Poke'mon, and they are color-coded. Red is for "cool"; Blue is for "beauty"; Pink is for "cute"; Green is for "Smart" and Yellow is for "Tough". Use this guide to pick which berries to blend (with two friends) to maximize the level for the attribute you want. For example, if you want to raise "Coolness", use three berries that are spicy. To get the best "feel" for the berry, blend well. You want to achieve a high "level" number and a low "feel" number when you are done.

If you must blend alone, then you need to go to either of the two berry blending places that have on the old man at the blender, and blend with him. He picks his berry based on what you pick. If you pick the first berry listed above, you'll get a weak pokeblock. Pick the second or third, and it will be twice as strong! (Use Figy or Leppa instead of Cheri, for example.)
